This vision is expressed in our signature : Creativity is our LegacyHOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTESupport the development and execution of communication plans for corporate projects, change management initiatives, and employee engagement programs.Assist with the design and delivery of communication assets, including presentations, newsletters, videos, graphics, and intranet content while embodying the Global Brand image requirements.Coordinate logistics and communications for region-wide events such as Culture & Heritage Month celebrations, Talent initiatives, Career Fairs, Learning Days, and coursework such as Mentoring Programs.Partner with internal teams and external vendors to create high-quality deliverables that align with brand and messaging standards.Be diligent in maintaining project timelines, tracking deliverables against budget, and ensuring communications are distributed on schedule.Draft and edit content for multiple channels (email, Viva Engage, Teams, video scripts, and event materials).

Support the administrative operations of the team, including expense management, vendor contracting, budget tracking, and invoice processes.Lead reporting on communication effectiveness (engagement metrics, feedback, reach) and propose recommendations to increase engagement.WHO YOU AREBachelor's degree in communications (corporate), Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).0–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related role (internship experience welcome).
