What you will do
- Lead, demonstrate, and inspire an AI‑first engineering culture, driving widespread team adoption, experimentation, and use of industry‑leading AI tools for development and deployment (e.g., Cursor, Devin, etc.)
- Advise on development and implementation of platform engineering strategies, identifying potential areas for automation aligned with business objectives; help define clear KPIs, ROI, and adoption targets to measure impact.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Data, Security, Privacy, Sourcing… etc) to support technical and business teams
- Champion trustworthy AI, including bias / fairness, explainability, safety, privacy‑by‑design, and model risk management; lead vendor and technology assessments.
- Monitor and analyze AI and automation trends, tools, and best practices; assess their applicability and drive timely, value‑focused adoption.
- Help develop robust MLOps / GenAIOps pipelines, experiment tracking, model and prompt versioning, automated evaluation, and production monitoring / observability.
- Document technical design, and operating procedures; contribute to code reviews, standards, and high‑quality engineering practices; create reusable playbooks, templates, and guidelines.
What we are looking for
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science) or equivalent experience.Advanced / Conversational English (mandatory)Experience in AI / ML / GenAI solutions; at least 6 months of production‑grade GenAI experience. MLOps / GenAIOps : Experience building end‑to‑end ML systems (pipelines, CI / CD, model registries, monitoring) and applying analogous practices for GenAI (prompt / version management, automated evals, drift monitoring).Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including but not limited to prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented workflows, embeddings, and evaluation / guardrails for safe deployment.Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and best practices, including vendor assessment and due diligence.Strong proficiency in Python and Git and TerraformExperience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP); ability to leverage managed AI / ML services and build secure, scalable architectures.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding functional and technical communication skills and demonstrated business and IT collaboration.Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with agile, roadmap planning, and iterative delivery.
