We are seeking a motivated Business Development professional with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. Identify potential clients through research, calls, networking, and referrals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Sales Presentations & Demos : Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase value propositions and close deals effectively.
Handle objections professionally, negotiate contract terms, and ensure successful deal closure in alignment with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (B2B Enterprise), preferably in technology, financial services, or SaaS.
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
