Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee day-to-day activities of audit engagements, ensuring timely and accurate results .
• Review audit documentation prepared by associates, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance.
• Coordinate client interactions and ensure smooth communication between engagement teams and clients .
• Support the design and execution of audit approaches and procedures in line with KPMG methodology and regulatory standards .
• Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements, escalating them when necessary .
• Mentor, train, and supervise junior professionals, fostering a culture of learning and accountability .
• Serve as performance manager for a group of professionals, conducting reviews, delivering feedback, and supporting career development .
• Contribute to standardization and optimization of audit processes across clients and industries .
