What will you do?
- Will be responsible of daily plant operation, by attending all matters related to materials movements, for Inbound, Outbound and National operations; resolve different situations related to Logistics matters, and provide proposals to collaborate with improvements, no matter the different plant areas. In addition to having excellent organizational skills, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory systems. Will be also responsible to provide, secure and explain Freight Forecast, by utilizing correct carriers and transportations modes.
- Focus on attending BSNA requirements.
- Will be an escalation contact to attend and resolve issues.
How will you do it?
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward internal and external customers.Supervise IB and OB operations teams in a timely manner (air, sea and land).Follow up of emergencies and escalations when needed.Responsible for creating, provide, maintain and explain Freight Forecast expense.Logistics cost analysis (month-end closing).TRAX data analysis.Follow up claims with carriers.Direct communication with Trade Compliance and OTM teams.Follow up on correct assignation of PFA’s (Correct process, DOA authorizations).Follow up on national shipments.Ensure correct shipping process and assignation.CTPAT awareness.Communication with all plant departments.Attendance to daily plant meetings.What are we looking for?
Advanced knowledge of international logistics processes and customs regulations.Advanced English for interaction with carriers and intern customers.Leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills, results oriented.Bachelor’s degree preferable international business or logistics related career.At least 5 years’ experience in similar or related roles.Fluent English.What do we offer?
