We are looking to hire a Manufacturing engineer for assembly to join our team at Toluca.

What you can look forward to as Manufacturing engineer for assembly :

• Plan, implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes in accordance with ZF Foxconn standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
• Plan and implement assembly lines and related equipment such as tooling, spare parts and backup tooling.
• Implement engineering and process changes, as well as safety guidelines. Teach and lead through practice of the principles and techniques of the production system in operation.
• Establish and update process documentation, such as standardized work, work instructions, line layout, assembly manual, supporting documentation and related documents.
• Guide and support the start-up of new manufacturing projects.
• Provide technical support to internal customers.
• Take care of the parameterization of the assembly line.
• Optimize adjustments of technical assembly equipment (nut tighteners, presses, wheel alignment, etc.).
