Salary : MXN $400,000 per month + executive benefits package

A leading multinational company in the retail sector is seeking an experienced Retail Industry Director to lead strategic operations, drive growth, and strengthen market positioning across Mexico. This role requires a visionary executive with a proven record in large-scale retail management, business transformation, and team leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee national retail operations ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and customer experience at the highest standards.
• Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with global goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, logistics, and commercial divisions.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and KPIs to ensure continuous growth and sustainability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
• Report directly to the Regional CEO and contribute to global strategy alignment.
