The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field and at least 1-3 years of experience in the industry. Knowledge of power transformers, high-voltage switches, box substations, capacitors, and insulators is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site or remote technical support and installation guidance to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist regional departments in handling after-sales issues and maintain accurate service records.
• Actively collect user feedback and provide valuable suggestions to enhance operations.
