After a comprehensive training program, this role will be responsible for supporting our customers across Mexico and Americas. Install, configure, and validate flexographic and digital printing systems, including print inspection systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of Hapa printing systems.
Carry out software and hardware upgrades and validate system performance.
Provide on-site customer training for operators and maintenance staff.
Travel extensively to support customers in Mexico and abroad (up to 80% travel).
Degree in Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
~2–3 years of experience in industrial automation, packaging machinery, robotics or similar field of industry.
~ Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, PLCs, networking, and IT systems, with proven ability to interact with coworkers and or customers.
~ Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
