Renewable Energy Power Plant Manager – Wind Projects

Join our team and take the opportunity to be part of the energy transition in Mexico . We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Power Plant Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our wind power plants.

General Objective of the Position

The Plant Manager is responsible for supervising the O&M contractor at the assigned wind power project, ensuring both technical performance and non-technical risk mitigation . This role involves monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting performance optimization to guarantee operational excellence and business continuity.

Main Responsibilities

1. Non-Technical Risk Mitigation

• Supervise the implementation of sufficient mitigation measures for all high-impact non-technical risks that could cause project deviations.
• Monitor early warning signals to detect potential risks and implement timely corrective actions.
• Ensure swift and effective response from the O&M contractor to minimize impacts and ensure business continuity.
