Required Skills and Qualifications :
Ongoing university studies in Administration or related fields are essential for this role.
A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Supervisor, preferably in a Call Center environment, leading teams of 10–12 associates is required.
Advanced English language proficiency is necessary to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
