We are seeking a Data Entry and Order Processing Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. While the position is based in GDL, you will be supporting our finance and accounting operations at our headquarters in Tamarac, FL (USA).
What You Will Do :
Be an essential part of our finance team, helping to keep operations efficient and contributing to the overall success of the company. Your main responsibilities will include :
- Accurately entering and processing purchase orders, ensuring data correctness in our systems
- Managing payments to suppliers, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Following up on pending payments, confirming collections, and reconciling account balances
- Administering collections, tracking clients with outstanding payments, and ensuring timely recoveries
- Performing data entry related to purchase orders, invoicing, and payments
- Organizing and maintaining all necessary financial and administrative documentation
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities, bank reconciliations, and month-end / year-end closings
- Collaborating with suppliers and clients on payment and order-related matters
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
What We’re Looking for in You :
