Job Title : Group Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Group Sales Coordinator. This role provides essential administrative support to the Group Sales Department, ensuring the efficient handling of group leads, managing client requests, and coordinating daily agendas for the Director of Group Sales and Group Sales Managers.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately input, track, and manage group leads in a CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Support the team with RFPs, managing timely responses and assisting with proposal creation.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and agendas for the Director of Group Sales and Group Sales Managers.
- Provide administrative support for site inspections, client visits, and internal reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals using Microsoft Office Suite.
- E nsure professional and prompt communication with internal departments and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.The candidate must have experience in a sales or administrative role within hospitality or tourism preferred.Proficiency with CRM systems, RFP software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking skills
