We're now looking for a Sales Growth Specialist to help us expand even faster by opening new relationships, qualifying high-potential leads, and driving top-of-funnel growth across Mexico.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own top-of-funnel sales, qualifying, advancing, and building relationships with schools and school groups across Mexico.
- Work leads provided by our outbound team and also source your own pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, and field relationships.
- Be responsible for meeting quota and reporting weekly on pipeline KPIs.
- Serve as one of our first commercial touchpoints, delivering credibility, trust, and value from the first meeting.
- Feed insights from the field back to our product, growth, and ops teams.
- Potential to help mentor or manage junior BDRs as the team grows.
Requirements :
6-10 years of experience in software / SaaS sales, ideally in both prospecting and closing roles.Able to sell consultatively with insight, relevance, and trust.Consistently been a top performer, hitting and exceeding quota across multiple cycles.Can point to hard numbers, rankings, and references that prove it.Proactive, self-managing, and driven, able to take initiative without needing to be told what to do.Communicate with clarity and polish, able to represent us credibly to senior stakeholders.Energized by the challenge of building and hunting, not just following a playbook.Bonus : experience working with or inside startups with international culture pace or expectations, even if based in Mexico.
