About the Role

As a Network Operations Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing DXCs network infrastructure to ensure high availability performance and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor troubleshoot and resolve network issues implement upgrades and support strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

Essential Job Functions

Monitor and manage network performance availability and reliability across global infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents outages and degradations in a timely manner.

Configure and maintain routers switches firewalls and other network devices.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement network changes and upgrades.

Maintain documentation of network architecture configurations and procedures.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

3 years of experience in network operations or network engineering.

Strong knowledge of TCP / IP DNS DHCP VPN and routing protocols (BGP OSPF).

Experience with Cisco Juniper or similar network platforms.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds Nagios Wireshark).

Other Qualifications

Certifications such as CCNA CCNP or equivalent are a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
