Senior Payroll Analyst

The role of Senior Payroll Analyst is a key position in the organization's finance department. As a senior specialist, you will manage payroll records, ensure tax compliance, and support audits.

This role reports to the Payroll Manager and does not have direct reports. You will be the primary contact for payroll audits and compensation inquiries.

You will :

• Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Manage escheatment process and garnishments.
• Perform complex calculations and reconciliations.
