Job Title Summary

We are looking for a Project Management Coordinator . This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and driving execution. You’ll play a hands-on role in bringing projects to life — from testing and documentation to reporting and process optimization — while supporting cross-functional teams and improving how work gets done. It’s a unique opportunity to blend project management fundamentals with real operational impact, gaining exposure to SaaS tools, data-driven reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is Hybrid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from our Mexico City, Mexico Office.

What You’ll Do

Project Execution & Testing

• Build and execute UAT cases
• Conduct light system / process testing prior to UAT
• Create and maintain requirements, decision, and RAID logs
• Support retrospectives (feedback, documentation, improvements)
