Housekeeping Supervisor Role

This is a leadership position that oversees the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and organization of public areas, crew area, and pool area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Mentor and develop staff skills through on-the-job training and coaching.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and respect.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications :

Minimum Requirements :

At least two years of experience in a similar supervisory or management position.

A combination of education equivalent to a high school diploma or relevant industry certifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines.
