Position : Inventory Coordinator

Analyze the information of the QAD system related to inventories, cyclical counts and get the cycle counts program from Cyberscience.

Coordinate the cycle counts, analyze the variations, update the system, determine the causes of variation and coordinate the activities to increase the level of certainty of the inventory of the Top 5 variations.

Coordinate the activities for taking physical inventories.

JOB SUMMARY

• BD- Engineering Industrial, mechanical, mechatronic, international trade, commercial trade or any area related.
• English Conversational skills- fluent - MUST
• Advanced MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power point, etc)
• Able to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to process time sensitive information and orders and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in inventory -warehouse analyst , planning or production Scheduling / Strong supply chain management knowledge
• Knowledge ERP – QAD will be a plus
• Site- Querétaro. El Marqués

Tier 1 Experience

1. Prepares the cycle count program, coordinates the activities for its fulfillment, prepares the documentation of the process.

2. Manage the issues count lists, verifies count information, prepares variance analysis and process documentation.

3. Updates the inventory records and determines the activities to eliminate the sources of variation in the different locations, as well as their follow-up and compliance.

4. Coordinates the activities for the collection and capture of scrap from the productive areas, the updating of the formats and the control of the documentation of the process.

5. Management of cyclical counters and scrap collectors for their good performance and growth.

Experience minimum 3 -5 years in automotive industry like Inventory Analyst in production lines (desirable in automotive), inventory management, statistics, inventory control & ERP system.
