As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers seeking moving services. You will qualify leads, build relationships, and work closely with our sales team to convert prospects into satisfied clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the moving industry, understands furniture logistics, and can speak confidently to customers about moving solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, research, and engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and assess their moving needs, including home furniture relocation and storage solutions.
- Educate prospects on our moving services, pricing, and value propositions.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to drive sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Experience & Skills (Must-Have) :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPrior experience in the moving industry or as a relocation / moving consultant, particularly in home furniture relocation.Strong understanding of moving logistics, packing, and transportation processes.Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer acquisition.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
