This role ensures that corporate learning initiatives, brand standards, and service excellence programs are delivered consistently across all properties and departments.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry.

Experience managing annual training plans and monthly training calendars.

Skilled in designing engaging, innovative, and customized learning solutions.

Experience participating in standardization and continuous improvement projects.

Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to implement and oversee training programs effectively.

Proven project management and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
