• Configure compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app protection policies.
• Implement Windows Autopilot for streamlined device deployment.
• Support Conditional Access integration with Azure AD and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Deploy and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro integrated with Intune.
• Configure and enforce security policies such as FileVault and software distribution.
• Manage patching, software deployment, and device compliance using Ivanti EPM.
• Automate security updates and troubleshoot endpoint performance issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to enhance endpoint management efficiency.
• Train and support L1 / L2 teams in troubleshooting issues related to Intune, Jamf Pro, and Ivanti.Requirements- 6+ years of experience in endpoint management, with a specialization in Microsoft Intune (MEM).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and MDM configurations.
• Strong proficiency in Jamf Pro for macOS management and integration with Intune.
• Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) for Windows endpoint security and patch management.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform L3-level troubleshooting, including device enrollment issues, policy conflicts, and compliance failures.
