This position is needed to monitor KPIs, optimize business performance, and execute local marketing initiatives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze core business KPIs daily to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
• Develop and test data driven hypotheses to improve overall business performance
• Gather clean and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights
• Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies with cross functional teams
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention by acting on feedback and service gaps
• Collaborate with teams including operations, marketing and product to align strategies and ensure execution
• Conduct fieldwork market research and customer interviews to stay informed on local market dynamics
• Contribute to strategic projects and support the launch and scale of new initiatives
