About the role :

A leading business group with national and international operations is seeking a Finance and Administration Director to lead its comprehensive financial strategy, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and growth across diverse business units (industrial, logistics, leasing, real estate, and manufacturing).

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the group’s Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning areas.
• Develop and execute the corporate financial strategy , ensuring accurate and reliable information for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial dashboards (KPIs) .
• Manage cash flow, financing, and financial instruments .
• Ensure compliance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), IFRS, and tax regulations .
• Implement internal control systems (COSO) and tax efficiency strategies.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and investors .
• Oversee the administrative areas of the group, including purchasing, contracts, general services, and asset management.
