We are looking for an Expert Product Ownership who will be responsible for maximizing the value of the global T&P / Factory / Manufacturing Data Assets by ensuring the global T&P Data Assets are brought to life in the individual North American Operating Companies.

Responsibilities

The Expert Product Ownership will need fully understanding of : The usage, the strengths of the product, pain points from the receiver point-of-view, how usage / strength / pain points from NA compare with the other regions. The global positioning, Upcoming changes / patches / fixes, vendor roadmap, vendor strategy, act as the voice of NA back to the global Product Managers, act as the voice of the global Product Managers back to the OpCos to ensure they are aware and receiving the maximum value of the products. Bring to light success stories resulting from the products.

What you’ll do :

As an Expert Product Ownership you will :

Responsible for maximizing the value of the product(s) and ensuring the products are brought to life in North America

Utilize their deep knowledge and experience with data and analytical solutions related to Factory / Industry / Manufacturing 4.0 to help bring analytical T&P data assets to life in North America

Works with Operating Company Functional and IT Leaders to understand existing and upcoming needs related to global T&P Data Assets. These needs then need to be put into a T&P Data Asset roadmap and consolidated across NA into a NA T&P Data asset roadmap

Influence the Nestle-wide T&P Data Asset roadmap to incorporate the needs that have been identified by the NA OpCos

Owns the North American User Stories in the overall product backlog and is accountable for the prioritization and the overall delivery of the Product Lifecycle

Understands the T&P Data Asset needs within NA and acts as the voice back to the global IT Product Manager responsible for the T&P Data Assets. Also, brings awareness to the NA OpCos of any globally created T&P Data Assets that could be utilized by the NA OpCos for analytical discoveries

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product or equivalent experience

5+ years experience in IS / IT (e.g. Product Owner, BA, PM, Developer, Plant, SAP BW - T&P Module, Data Analyst, etc.)

2 yrs experience working with Factory / Industry / Manufacturing 4.0 to solve analytical problems

T&P SAP Knowledge, Azure, Snowflake knowledge is a plus

Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude
