Key Responsibilities :

  • Support recruiters by finding top candidates for various roles across Mexico.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find and engage potential candidates across multiple channels.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
  • Evaluate candidate experiences from initial outreach through the hiring process.

You'll be a proactive sourcer who can :

  • Has 2+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and databases.
  • Excellent research and market insights skills to identify talent pools in Mexico.
  • Able to build relationships and engage passive candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritizing multiple requisitions and projects.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
