Key Responsibilities :
- Support recruiters by finding top candidates for various roles across Mexico.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find and engage potential candidates across multiple channels.
- Maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
- Evaluate candidate experiences from initial outreach through the hiring process.
You'll be a proactive sourcer who can :
Has 2+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in regulated environments.Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and databases.Excellent research and market insights skills to identify talent pools in Mexico.Able to build relationships and engage passive candidates.Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.Strong organizational skills, prioritizing multiple requisitions and projects.Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.About You :
