Sr. Contract Administrator – Sourcing & Procurement
We are seeking a seasoned Contract Professional with expertise in procurement and sourcing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, negotiating, and managing procurement contracts across multiple categories.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage the full contract lifecycle : creation, amendments, renewals, and expirations.
- Draft and negotiate Maintenance Agreements, Works Statements, NDAs, and other procurement contracts.
- Lead contract renewal activities, including payment terms, penalties, and commercial / non-commercial clauses.
- Work on category-specific contracts (Marketing, IT, CAPEX, Professional Services, etc.).
- Coordinate with Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, InfoSec, Insurance / Risk teams to align supplier contracts with company standards.
- Participate in contract negotiations, oversee vendor interactions, and manage escalations.
- Research contract activity in Accounts Payable and recommend go-forward actions for expiring contracts.
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in contract administration within Sourcing & Procurement.Proven experience in negotiation of procurement contracts, including commercial and non-commercial terms.Strong knowledge of supplier legal documents and compliance requirements.Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across departments.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup.About this Opportunity :
