This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate material supply to production lines, maintaining inventory reliability, and driving continuous improvement across logistics and production processes.
The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and uphold our standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.Preferred QualificationsExperience with MFG-PRO or similar MRP systems for inventory controlFamiliarity with ISO-TS and ISO 14000 quality systemsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologyUnderstanding of environmental operational controls and impact reduction proceduresRequired QualificationsUniversity degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse processes, materials management, or supply chainProven ability to manage work teams and coordinate across departmentsStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and ability to work under pressurePosition OverviewThe Supervisor of Material Flow will be responsible for coordinating work teams on the production floor, ensuring equipment and warehouse conditions support efficient operations, and minimizing material shortages.
Key responsibilities include : Guaranteeing timely receipt and system entry of required materialsDriving continuous improvement in production and logistics processesEnsuring optimal material supply to production lines through effective coordinationMaintaining inventory accuracy and aligning with supply chain solutions for new requirementsCommunicating risks to production plans and collaborating with relevant departmentsManaging personnel and resources to meet logistics objectivesPromoting a culture of order, cleanliness, quality, and safetyDeveloping technical competencies among operational staffThis role requires a high sense of urgency, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
