Seeking a skilled Pricing & Data Analysis Professional to drive strategic pricing initiatives and process excellence.
About the Role
This newly created position will shape global pricing strategies, optimize product lifecycle processes, and build powerful business intelligence tools that empower our teams worldwide.
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead robust global pricing strategies in close partnership with product management and sales teams.
- Manage pricing operations end-to-end : regional price lists, annual reviews, and special pricing requests.
- Analyze profitability trends and provide actionable insights.
- Be the subject matter expert for product registration systems and champion process improvements.
- Design and deliver training materials for pricing and lifecycle management.
- Oversee product discontinuation and End-of-Life (EOL) processes.
- Build intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize product performance and support decision-making.
- Support Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) through forecasting and pipeline analysis.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, product management, or sales operations (preferably in an industrial or technical environment).Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar field; MBA is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to engage cross-functional and global teams.Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Microsoft Office.Proven track record of driving process improvements and executing strategic pricing initiatives.Nice to Have :
Experience in robotics or industrial automation.Familiarity with B2B sales models and subscription-based industrial software pricing.Experience working with global product lifecycle systems.
