Lead Data Architect role within our Data & AI team.

Overview

Join our growing Data & AI team as a Lead Data Architect. We are looking for a seasoned Data Architect to split time between Team leadership (mentoring, career growth) and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level experience in Data & AI with a background in client-facing solutioning and delivery leadership .
• Demonstrate proven expertise in data architecture and delivering solutions with data governance , metadata management , and data quality .
• Operate with a Microsoft-focused approach while remaining curious and adaptable to explore new tools and technologies.
• Develop IP and shape our Data & AI offerings.
• Bridge the US & LATAM to drive strategic alignment and collaboration.
• Provide strong leadership of large data teams , including mentoring and career development.
• Train team members while maintaining hands-on technical guidance.
• Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management with a confident executive presence.
• Be adaptable and proactive , especially in fast-paced, high-growth consulting environments.
• Operate with a continuous learning mindset and curiosity.
