Trade / International Trade Manager

Essential functions (List the major or most important job duties. What contribution does this job make towards the business?)

• Main point of contact for Regional Compliance Manager regarding operational compliance activities
• Development and enhancement plan for trade compliance; execute implementation.
• Day to day management of multiple trade compliance programs (, import, export, Maquila)
• Day to day management of multiple trade optimization programs (, FTAs, drawback, suspension)
• Support strategic trade partnerships (, C-TPAT, AEO, VAT)
• Responsible for trade compliance auditing in the region
• Local Point of contact for government authorities
• Coordination of regulatory compliance with other internal responsible parties (, EH&S)
• Supervise work of leaders, supervisor and coordinators
• Ensure the quality (accuracy, completeness) of trade data
• Support the efforts for trade and compliance
