Dispatcher (Independent Contractor – Remote, Mexico)

Shift : 12 : 00–20 : 30 (US Pacific)

Schedule : 6 days a week with rotating weekends

24x7 Delivery is growing — and we’re hiring a remote Dispatcher to join our operations team in Mexico.

We specialize in on-demand, same-day, and scheduled delivery for time-critical, high-value shipments across the West Coast — supporting healthcare, life sciences, and aviation customers who count on precision and speed.

About the Role

As a Dispatcher, you’ll coordinate live deliveries, support drivers in the field, and keep customers updated in real time. You’ll work closely with our U.S. operations team during the 12 : 00–20 : 30 Pacific shift, with flexibility to cover other hours when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Assign and monitor deliveries in real time - Track driver status and escalate issues when needed - Verify addresses, notes, and special instructions before dispatch - Communicate ETAs and updates to customers and internal teams - Maintain clear shift handoffs and document all activity in our TMS
