About Role
You will work with a top tier AAA Global brand to analyze their current campaign library through a customer journey lens, and enhance or redesign it. You will ideate the complete customer journey from welcome to post-purchase, with messages that transform customers into high value brand advocates. Responsibilities
- Evaluate businesses and marketing requirements and recommend customer-centric marketing solutions.
- Influence and educate clients on best-practice campaign strategy and execution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing, especially database marketing, to consult and educate clients.
- Move from high level strategy to a granular tactical marketing lens.
- Work with clients to create lifecycle strategies, map campaigns to lifecycle stages, and deliver end-to-end campaign development from ideation to optimization.
- Work with data, brief campaign reports, and draw insights to optimize or ideate campaigns.
- Collaborate with data analytics / scientists to uncover insights and translate marketing designs into reality.
- Advise on creative techniques, understand multi-channel marketing, and recommend channel planning.
- Analyze campaign performance and hypothesize optimization fixes; use data insights to improve conversion rates and run A / B tests.
- Compile reports on campaign performance for executive management; stay up to date on marketing trends and technologies.
- Engage in all aspects of marketing, including above and below the line, marketing technology, social media, content, and inbound marketing.
Requirements
Demonstrable passion for marketing.Strong problem solving, critical and creative thinking.Goal- and outcome-oriented; delivery and deadline-focused.Desire to be part of a high-performance team.Strong background in database marketing, direct marketing, and / or performance digital marketing.Basic understanding of creative, specifically art direction and copywriting.Multichannel marketing experience would be beneficial.Basic understanding of technology or interest in technology, especially martech.Seniority level
