10+ working experience in managing and administrating Datacenter

In-depth technology knowledge about Dell PowerMax block storage - Configuration, tunning, security and administration

Have experience of deploying, configuring and troubleshooting Dell ISILON storage

Working experience on Severs (ESXi hosts, bare metal servers)

Have experience with Dell Open Manage Enterprise (OME)

Have Experience with Dell PowerEdge compute Firmware lifecycle

Have experience of managing Firmware lifecycle upgrades on Dell Storages

Experience with cabling / troubleshooting Ethernet and Fiber-channel connectivity

Ability to create baselines to manage the lifecycle of ESXi hosts & VM hardware / tool versioning

Have experience in VM deployment and configuration

Proficient in VM deployment and Configuration

Ability to migrate workloads to and from various vSphere instances as needed

Have experience of managing Dell IDPA appliances for backup & restoration

Have experience of storage replication technology and tools

Have in-depth understanding on storage encryption and compressions features

Have worked on Datacenter migration projects from planning to deployment phases
