About The Role

We\'re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial CFO. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strategic insight, and hands-on experience closing multiple investment rounds (Seed to Series A / B and beyond). As CFO, you\'ll be responsible for leading our financial strategy, fundraising efforts, investor relations, and financial operations as we grow rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Lead all capital raising efforts (equity, debt, strategic investment) from preparation to close
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors
  • Own financial modeling, pitch decks, data rooms, and due diligence processes
  • Act as the financial voice of the company during investment negotiations

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape company strategy and long-term financial planning
  • Identify key performance metrics and build dashboards / reporting structures
  • Advise on pricing strategies, business models, and market expansion from a financial lens
  • Financial Operations

  • Build and oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls
  • Lead monthly / quarterly / annual reporting and financial audits
  • Manage accounting, tax compliance, and financial systems
  • Evaluate and implement scalable financial tools and infrastructure
  • Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, especially as it pertains to payments and fintech
  • Oversee risk management, insurance, and legal coordination as needed
  • About You

  • Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader, preferably at a high-growth startup
  • Strong financial modeling and fundraising acumen
  • Deep understanding of startup finance, SaaS / fintech metrics, and growth-stage strategy
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—especially with investors and stakeholders
  • Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services space is a strong plus
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a bonus, but not required
