Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Mexico and Central America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiation and contract signing.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.Fluent English language skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Key Responsibilities :
Sales of Generation sets, G-Drive engine, Pump-Drive engine business.Development of sales action plan and strategies to achieve sales target.Market research and competitor analysis.Customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
