Senior SAP Operations Engineer - SAP MM / SD

Descripción del trabajoBachelor Degree in Computer Science or Logistics 3-5 years of experience in SAP MM / SD module operations or implementations; it’s not mandatory to have knowledge in both modules at the same time Strong understanding of frontend operations, system configuration, and integration tools (IDoc / EDI) ABAP, Java, Python, and Splunk skills are a plus Fluent English and excellent learning ability Strong responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills Willingness to work in shifts when required Able to attend the office 3 days per week (hybrid work schedule).
We are looking for IT Operation Engineers to support daily operations in the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics area, mainly support SAP ECC / S4 MM / SD module and surrounding systems, Responsibilities include troubleshooting business issues, providing customer support, and driving digital transformation initiatives (including AI).
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Understand user issue, according to system logic / biz process, provide resolution advise
- Provide operation guidance when is needed
- Cooperation with related teams include IT and biz
- Study and practice, contribution in AI Operation
