The Role

Senior Full-Stack Engineer. You'll own products end‑to‑end, from ambiguous requirements to running systems. About 60‑70% hands‑on coding, 30‑40% architecture, mentorship, and client work. This is a full‑time role.

This isn't a management track – it's for senior IC’s who build and lead by example.

What You'll Actually Do

• Ship production code daily. Python backends, TypeScript / React frontends, data pipelines. You write it, you own it.
• Turn fuzzy asks into working software. Clients say "we need better risk analysis." You design the system, build it, deploy it.
• Raise the bar. Code reviews that teach. Documentation that lasts. Architecture decisions that age well.
• Work independently. Take a feature from zero to shipped without hand‑holding. Know when to ask questions, when to make decisions.
• Share what you know. Pair programming, technical writing, lunch‑and‑learns. Your expertise makes everyone better.
