Sales Operations & Outreach Associate (Remote)
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic hybrid role, combining sales outreach with customer operations. This position is ideal for someone who is both a meticulous problem‑solver and a proactive business developer. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operational workflows while actively driving our sales pipeline through a disciplined and data‑driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Serve as the primary engine for our outbound sales efforts, with a primary focus on email outreach.
- Utilize tools like Apollo to source and qualify targeted leads.
- Conduct pleasant but persistent follow‑ups via email and, when necessary, phone calls to schedule appointments.
- Manage the sales pipeline and, where appropriate, close smaller accounts directly.
- Incentive Bonus : Receive an incentive bonus of up to 50% of your base salary based on performance metrics. You can earn a significant bonus for meeting key targets, such as a $500 bonus for every 15 new customers who sign on per month.
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
Control the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding.Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all sales operations, ensuring clean and accurate data.Provide insights to leadership on pipeline performance and opportunities for improvement.Customer Support & Escalations
Handle customer support inquiries and manage logistics, including refunds and order tracking.Address and resolve customer escalations with professionalism and a problem‑solving mindset.Provide input on customer needs to help inform sales and operational strategies.Skills & Qualifications
Sales & Outreach : Proven experience with an SDR‑type outreach background, including templating, lead nurturing, and business development.Customer Support : A track record in customer support or account management, preferably with e‑commerce brands, is a nice‑to‑have.Technical Competence
Required : Hands‑on experience with Shopify and a strong working knowledge of Odoo are huge plusses.Willingness to Learn : You must be open to learning new tools, including ShipStation (logistics / shipping) and Recharge (subscriptions).General Abilities
