We’re representing a global Tier 1 supplier to the commercial vehicle industry, with manufacturing sites across North America, Europe, and Asia. The company is entering an exciting phase of transformation and growth, focused on elevating operational performance, strengthening quality systems, and building a high-performance culture. As Site Manager, you’ll be the senior leader of the plant, responsible for driving operational excellence, championing a quality turnaround, and shaping the culture of the site to meet world-class manufacturing standards.

Lead all aspects of site operations, including production, quality, safety, and supply chain.

Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Partner with global leadership to execute a quality transformation plan in alignment with OEM standards.

Proven experience in plant / site management within automotive, heavy equipment, or Tier 1 manufacturing.

Strong background in quality systems and operational excellence.

Track record of leading cultural or turnaround initiatives.
