Seeking Junior SAP Finance Consultant – Remote in Mexico

We are looking for a Junior SAP Finance Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading global organization. This role is ideal for professionals who want to strengthen their SAP Finance expertise while participating in a long-term project with mentoring and growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with senior consultants and business teams, supporting SAP Finance processes and contributing to system stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP Finance, Project Systems (PS), and Asset Management activities.
• Assist in SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration and testing processes.
• Provide support for production issues related to SAP FI modules.
• Help in understanding accounting and financial processes.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure process alignment.

Technical Skills Required

• Basic experience in SAP FICO.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Asset Accounting.
• Familiarity with SAP FI GL, AP, and Asset Management.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Apps (preferred).
• Basic understanding of DMEE, IDOC, XML, MT940, or bank file formats (nice to have).
• Experience supporting or assisting in production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Advanced English (C1 level).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Proactive, responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow guidance while progressively working independently.

Location & Schedule

• Remote position based in Mexico.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
