The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the SAP Supply Chain and Operations team you oversee a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, lead client status meetings, and manage the whole project lifecycle to confirm timely project delivery. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have

What Sets You Apart

PWC is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Associate with deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes within SAP, focusing on key areas including subcontracting, stock transfer orders, and integration with the Sales and Distribution (SD) module for Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Knowledge of IDoc processing and error resolution techniques.

Responsibilities :

P2P and S2P Process Management :

Lead end-to-end P2P and S2P activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Configure and maintain SAP MM modules to support procurement, invoicing, and vendor management.

Optimize and improve existing P2P and S2P processes for efficiency and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement processes, including working with integration points across various SAP modules like FI (AP), Inventory Management, and WM / EWM.

Subcontracting Process Expertise :

Manage and configure the subcontracting process within SAP MM, ensuring seamless flow of components to vendors and receipt of finished goods.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage subcontracting agreements and track material movements.

Stock Transfer Orders (STO) :

Configure and manage intra-company and inter-company Stock Transfer Order (STO) processes.

Ensure accurate and efficient transfer of materials between company locations.

Master Data and Transactional Data Management :

Develop and maintain SAP MM master data, including materials, vendors, purchasing info records, and other relevant data elements.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across all P2P processes.

Order-to-Cash (O2C) Integration :

Work with the Sales and Distribution (SD) module to support O2C processes as they relate to P2P and S2P activities.

Collaborate with SD teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between MM and SD.

Implementation and Support :

Participate in SAP MM implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and documentation.

Knowledge of IDoc processing and error resolution techniques is a must!.

Provide end-user support and training on SAP MM functionalities and processes.

Assist with forecasting, planning, and managing day-to-day operations based on service demands for P2P processes.

Qualifications :

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MM with a focus on P2P and S2P processes is required.

A strong understanding and experience with the SAP MM subcontracting process, including configuration and material movements is required.

Proven experience with intra-company and inter-company Stock Transfer Orders (STO) is required.

Experience with the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module and its integration with MM for O2C processes is required.

Experience with SAP master data management and transactional data related to P2P requirements is required.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.

The ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments is required.

SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.
