The Global Procurement Analyst supports daily procurement operations for the U.Support procurement processes across different projects and categories.

Draft and review standard contracts, NDAs and basic legal documents with guidance.

Set up and update suppliers in procurement and finance systems.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Managing contract drafting, renewals and tracking with support from legal.

Handling supplier onboarding and maintaining accurate data.

Bachelor’s degree in commerce / business administration / industrial engineer / or a related field

Advanced English level – speaking, reading, writing

Broad understanding of Global Procurement activities with previous global procurement experience

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven recommendations.

Knowledge of legal aspects related to contracts and procurement.

Knowledge of MS Office Excel (Intermediate)
