We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our near-shore delivery center in Querétaro, playing a key role in our global product engineering leadership.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Platform Engineering, Solutions Engineering, QA, Data Science and Product groups to drive excellence in execution, process, and team performance.

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of software products across multiple domains, ensuring velocity, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering on product strategy, release planning, and roadmap execution.
• Support Solutions Engineering and the Projects team to deliver client-specific implementations.
• Promote technical excellence through mentorship, tooling, and structured feedback loops.
