You’ll contribute to maintaining and supporting a command-and-control system that ensures the safe and efficient movement of trains across networks, providing full operational visibility and monitoring of critical infrastructure devices.

Required Skills

• Advanced English level.
• 4+ years of experience in SALESFORCE
• Have strong experience working with Salesforce dashboards and reports
• CRM data entry and maintenance : high accuracy in updating and validating records (Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Process execution : ability to follow and adhere to detailed SOPs and DOAs.
• Data quality management : daily data loads, validations, and duplicate cleanup.
• Strong attention to detail when handling high-volume tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, and organizing large datasets.
• Clear and structured written communication for tickets and documentation.
• Time management : ability to meet SLAs and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Updating and validating CRM data to maintain accuracy.
• Supporting process adherence based on internal SOPs and DOAs.
• Providing precise support for daily operational tasks.
• Effective coordination and communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Hybrid position : Guadalajara
