Main Responsibilities :
Strategic Financial Planning
The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive financial plans, including annual and quarterly budgets. They will monitor financial results and propose adjustments to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
This role requires analyzing financial statements to assess profitability and operational efficiency. The specialist will generate detailed reports for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Financial Risk Management
The ideal candidate will identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. They will also implement policies to ensure business sustainability during economic crises.
Compliance and Regulations
This position demands ensuring compliance with current accounting, tax, and legal regulations. The specialist will prepare internal and external audits to guarantee transparency in financial processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
8 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in English (C1).
Expertise in supervising accounting operations at a general level : accounting closures.
Experience in managing budgets for various areas of the company.
Proficiency in consolidating financial statements, as well as presenting reports to organizational executives.
Experience in audit processes and creation / documentation of internal control processes.
Proficiency in SAP (or any similar ERP / platform).
