We’re looking for a Senior BI Analyst to step in and ensure continuity across our business intelligence and data operations. This role bridges both technical infrastructure management and business analysis, providing hands‑on support while we define our long‑term BI strategy.

You’ll maintain and optimize the data ecosystem that powers critical business insights — managing data pipelines, maintaining dashboards, and supporting cross-functional reporting needs. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where data drives decisions.

Location : LATAM

Time Zone : Team operates on U.S. East / West Coast hours

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards to ensure accurate, up-to-date reporting.
• Manage Tableau data sources, monitor refresh schedules, and troubleshoot connection or data quality issues.
• Support partner and vendor reporting by providing timely, validated datasets and insights.
• Oversee FiveTran syncs, resolving ingestion issues and ensuring stable data flows.
• Monitor and manage dbt runs, addressing standard model failures and improving data model reliability.
• Handle basic Snowflake administration, including user management, permissions, and performance monitoring.
• Execute SQL-based reporting and ad-hoc analyses for business stakeholders.
• Support the monthly close process through accurate data validation and financial reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and engineering teams to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Provide strategic recommendations on team structure, tooling needs, and process optimization as the organization scales.
