You will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of network solutions for a multinational client, managing support teams, and ensuring high-performance and availability standards are met.
Design, implement, maintain, and support complex network architectures in multinational environments, providing optimal, secure, and continuous operations.
Maximize network efficiency through ongoing performance monitoring, proactive troubleshooting of issues and outages, and scheduling regular maintenance and upgrades.
Ensure the network infrastructure is scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives, available 24 / 7.
Configure and manage advanced network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, SD-WAN, and emerging technologies.Design and lead the architecture of complex networks for multinational clients, including the planning and implementation of high-performance network infrastructure to support mission-critical environments.Provide strategic guidance on advanced networks, including technologies such as SD-WAN, SDN, VPNs, and load balancing, to ensure uninterrupted service and high availability.Manage network support teams with a focus on client service, and lead the execution of complex network infrastructure and security projects with high SLA levels.Apply advanced network security principles and best practices to protect network infrastructure, utilizing expertise in firewalls, SDN controllers, and public cloud platforms.Evaluate and optimize hybrid and multi-cloud networks, with experience in platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring seamless integration with cloud environments.Lead high-complexity projects, from definition through execution, to ensure network solutions are aligned with client requirements and anticipate future scalability and performance needs.Foster collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams to drive technological innovation and continuous improvement in network solutions.You will be successful in this role if you have : Location : Must be based in Monterrey and required to work in the client office 3 times a week.Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required.Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.8 years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and supporting networks in complex or multinational environments.Advanced experience in designing and managing complex network architectures, including protocols like TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and technologies like SDN, SD-WAN.Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a strong focus on integrating hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.Relevant certifications : CCIE, CCNP, Fortinet, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, among others.Advanced network security knowledge and monitoring tools expertise to ensure optimal and secure network performance.Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams, collaborate with clients, and lead technical projects.Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.This commitment includes our efforts to provide for all those who seek to express interest in employment the opportunity to participate without barriers.
