Descripción del trabajoWe are looking for people who are MS degree or PhD. If this is you, get in touch. As a minimum you must have : MS or PhD degree in thermal, refrigeration and air-conditioning or fluid machinery with 2+ year experience with master’s degree. Strong background in heat transfer, thermodynamics and numerical analysis , understand the mechanism of the numerical computation method for non-linear equation group. Programming experience in Python, Modelica, C++, Fortran or related languages. Engineering experience in design or application of HVAC / R or Power plant equipment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate across functions. Ability to think independently while working effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience of developing / implementing algorithms in solving large nonlinear algebraic equation systems or differential equation systems Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have : Programming experience in coding cross different coding languages. Experience of leading a group to deliver the tool and model to meet with the stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities :
- As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for :
- Develop state of art calculation engine to promote Carrier sales volume.
- Communicate with marketing, product engineering, and global teams in understanding customer needs from different perspectives.
- Provide heat transfer and thermodynamics expertise and work with optimization engineer to develop advanced algorithms to assist the Carrier sales person to provide best solutions to our customers.
