We’re Hiring : Engineering Manager / Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Leader to join our team and drive large-scale, distributed projects across global teams. If you are passionate about leading people, scaling cloud applications, and delivering high-quality solutions, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering teams with 20+ direct and indirect reports across the USA and India.

Drive the design and implementation of data-intensive, scalable cloud-based applications with hands-on experience in Java and modern cloud platforms.

Own end-to-end project planning, estimation, and delivery of large, distributed, and complex projects.

Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, code quality, and engineering excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth communication, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.

Track and improve team performance using KPIs and engineering metrics (velocity, throughput, code quality).

Champion Agile methodologies : backlog tracking, sprint planning, burndown charts, and user story management

Proven track record managing large engineering teams across multiple geographies.

Strong background in Java development and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum practices and software delivery at scale.
